This session discusses the importance of sharing your story as leader and disciple. Why is it important to witness? What does this look like and what type of impact can this have on those you serve each day?

2. Compassionate leader
The second part of this speaker series focuses on the importance of being a compassionate leader. Although you may not have the power to change the circumstance, how to embrace, support, and react to the situation can make all the difference. We examine how to be compassionate, yet still be able to make decisions that you may need to make.

3. Maintaining the vision
Part three of this session examines the importance of maintaining the course. As an Catholic administrator there are so many different tasks to do each day. From facilitating and supporting staff to discipline, and student coaching, there is much to be done each day. Maintaining focus and becomes very important as this provides the vision and direction for your staff.
