SPEAKER PRESENTATION FORMATS:
Our speaker presentations include the following components:
1. OPENING
Every presentation starts with a wellness or inspirational component which motivates and inspires the audience. I truly believe that starting a session on a happy, positive note is absolutely essential.
2. STORY TELLING
I always like to link the topic of the presentation to a personal story, as I find this can create connect to the audience and also provides a living example of the concept.
3. MAIN FOCUS - OBJECTIVE & CONTENT
Most of the topics are divided into three to five (3-5) components, depending upon the time provided. The main body of the presentation includes short slides, storytelling, personal journal work, person reflection, and group discussion.
4. CONCLUSION
A short summary and/or review is completed, outlining the overall ideas and content that is shared during the presentation.
5. CLOSING MOTIVATIONAL/WELLNESS MOMENT
Sharing a closing slide show and/or video/message to leave the audience with a positive and happy feeling is also an important component of my presentations. Opening and closing each session this way is so essential and important.
